New Jersey had the highest foreclosure rates of any state in the country last year, according to NorthJersey.com. The state’s housing foreclosure rates did drop from the year before, but they were still the highest in the U.S. “for the fifth year in a row,” the outlet reported, citing data compiled by ATTOM Data Solutions. Cumberland County’s rates were the highest of any county. It was one of seven New Jersey counties that landed in the top 10 counties across the country with the highest rates. [NorthJersey.com]
