Ann Taylor, LOFT parent company selling Mahwah office complex

The retail company that owns brands including Ann Taylor, LOFT and Lane Bryant has put its office complex in Mahwah on the market, NJBIZ reported. Ascena Retail Group Inc. is seeking an unspecified amount for the 195,212-square-foot, two-building complex on MacArthur Boulevard. One building spans 144,700 square feet and the other spans 49,388 square feet. The group hopes to “right-size its footprint” by selling the complex and relocating to another, yet-to-be-determined location in New Jersey, according to the outlet. [NJBIZ]
