“Toy Story” co-writer Alec Sokolow’s Sagaponack home has taken a price chop, the New York Post reported. The screenwriter listed the home on East Woods Path for $1.9 million last year after shelling out $1.42 million for it back in 2008, but has now lowered the price to $1.49 million, according to the outlet. Amenities include a roof deck, a pool and pool house and a barn that comes with an apartment. Compass’ Amadeus Ehrhardt has the listing. [NYPost]
