Two houses on the same Southampton street sell in the same week

Two homes on the same street in the Southampton Town hamlet of Remsenburg are off the market, 27east reported. One of the homes, a 1890-built house at 180 South Country Road, sold for $745,000; a 1900-built house next door at 178 South Country Road sold for $705,000, according to the outlet. The latter home sold “after a bidding war,” the outlet reported. Corcoran’s Ashley Farrell and Nancy Heaney had both listings. [27east]
