A real estate writer whose family has lived in the Hamptons since 1910 is selling her beach house in Montauk, according to the New York Post. Laura Euler, a former editor of Curbed’s Hamptons site, listed the property on Old Montauk Highway, which includes a five-bedroom house and a two-bedroom guest cottage, for $2.89 million. She purchased the 1920s-built, shingle-style home for $350,000 back in 1999, the outlet reported. Douglas Elliman’s Susan Creslow has the listing. [NYPost]
