A centuries-old house in New Jersey believed to be the oldest in its town is up for sale, NJ.com reported. The owners of the Van Buskirk Home in Saddle River are seeking $2.1 million for the 1707-built, five-bedroom home, which sits on more than two acres of land. Nine generations of the Van Buskirk family lived at the home before selling it in 1922, according to the outlet. In a statement, its current owners said it was “the end of an era and time to hand over the opportunity of a lifetime to care for this very special piece of history.” [NJ.com]
