New-build in Sagaponack Village sells for $16.5M

A newly built home in Sagaponack Village has new owners. Christina and Barry Kringstein paid $16.5 million for the eight-bedroom home built by Michael Davis Design & Construction, 27east reported. Amenities include a pool and spa, a tennis court, an elevator that traverses all three floors of the house and a laundry chute. The home’s garage can be “converted into an indoor-outdoor party area,” according to the outlet.” [27east]
