Luxury condo residences in Greenwich sell for more than $25M

All nine residences that make up a luxury condominium complex in Greenwich are off the market, the Fairfield County Business Journal reported. The Beacon Hill 2 residences sold for a total of more than $25 million. Prices for the Belpointe Capital development’s residences ranged from $2.2 million to $3.3 million, according to marketing and sales agent Houlihan Lawrence. The sales illustrate “the overall buyer demand for new construction, [and] city-inspired living in traditionally suburban markets,” real estate agent Joanne Mancuso, who works in Houlihan Lawrence’s Greenwich office, said in a statement.
