Necessity is the mother of invention, they say. One Berkshire Hathaway Homeservices agent took that adage to heart when he rebranded a 5,100-square-foot Greenwich Connecticut home the “coronavirus special” to attract New Yorkers fleeing the center of the epidemic. “If you don’t want the time and hassle of arranging movers and buying lots of new items, this house is ready for you now,” reads the listing by Mark Pruner, according to Bloomberg. Pruner’s client, pharmaceutical executive George Butler, agreed to sell literally everything inside the house, which includes bed linens, silverware, gym equipment, a 2011 Subaru Outback and more. Before the pandemic, Pruner only showed the home to one potential buyer. Since the rebranding, he’s shown it three times. [Bloomberg] – James Kleimann
