Pandemic be damned, New Jersey home buyers are finding ways to close deals, the Burlington County Times reports.

More than 1,600 homes were sold in the central county from January to late April, just 8 percent fewer than in the same period a year ago. Agent Tom Wenger said that’s because the state is allowing agents to show homes so long as shoppers come in one at a time.

Title companies are getting creative too. Some have set up drive-thru tents for signing paperwork — a title insurance executive runs out to get signatures from customers and a few hours later the agent does the same. [Burlington County Times] — Dennis Lynch
