New Jersey industrial portfolio trades for $43M

A portfolio of seven New Jersey industrial properties has sold for $43 million, according to Real Estate Weekly.

Foxfield Industrial sold the properties, which total about 553,500 square feet, to an affiliate of Endurance Real Estate Group and PCCP. The portfolio includes two properties in Delran, two in Mount Laurel and three in Swedesboro.

They are 88 percent leased to 22 tenants including Food Sciences, Carnegie Pharmaceuticals and the Jewelry Group. [Real Estate Weekly] — Dennis Lynch
