Ironstate Development wants to offload a Jersey City development site that the firm planned to build a 10-story multifamily building on, according to Jersey Digs. The half-acre parcel at 101 Grove Street is being marketed by BlueGate Partners as a “transit-oriented development site” zoned for retail, office, hotel, and 148 residential units under Jersey City’s Liberty Harbor North Redevelopment Plan. BlueGate hasn’t disclosed the asking price. The property is across the street from a 45-story residential development that Ironstate completed last year, dubbed 235 Grand, and close to the Holland Tunnel. [Jersey Digs] — Dennis Lynch
