Westchester’s 740-acre Stonewall Farm ranch estate has hit the market asking $100 million, making it the priciest property for sale in the county, according to the Realtor.com. The sprawling property is owned by Calvin Klein’s business partner Barry Schwartz and his wife, Sheryl Schwartz. They bought it in the late 1970s for just $3.25 million and turned it into a state-of-the-art thoroughbred horse facility. The ranch’s barns, pastures, and paddocks can accommodate up to 84 horses. There’s also a turf racetrack. There’s plenty of room for humans too, including a 24,000-square-foot main house, a 4,000-square-foot pool house, gardens, and tons of luxury amenities. [Realtor.com]
