South Jersey housing market gets the coronavirus boost

South Jersey’s housing market has been booming since showings were allowed to resume in May, according to NJ.com.

Broker Nancy Kowalik called activity in Gloucester County “off the charts.” The only homes buyers aren’t paying much attention to are those with deferred maintenance.

Agent Haley De Stefano said that buyers are coming to rural areas from cities and surrounding towns. “They’re shocked at what you can buy,” she said.
