Giorgio Armani opened its first pop-up store in East Hampton this weekend, according to the New York Post. The 1,800-square-foot boutique at 54 Newtown Lane will be open seven days a week until October. The store is designed with a jungle theme. The space previously housed a John Varvatos store. Other high-end retailers have opened up shops on the East End this year, following well-heeled New Yorkers who are waiting out the coronavirus pandemic in the Hamptons. Shoppers can book private and virtual appointments. [NYP] – Dennis Lynch
