Pharmaceutical company Eisai Inc. signed a 332,800-square-foot lease for the entirety of the former Hoffmann-La Roche headquarters building at Prism Capital Partners’ ON3 mixed-use campus in Nutley, New Jersey. The deal appears to be the largest office lease in New Jersey this year.

Savills represented the company and announced the deal Tuesday. Eisai plans to move up to 1,200 employees to its new 15-story headquarters in late 2021.

Prism Capital Partners bought the 116-acre campus in 2016 from Hoffman-La Roche and has been repositioning it as a multi-tenant campus with plans to add retail, residential, hospitality, and entertainment space. — Dennis Lynch
