Infinity pools, tennis courts, home theaters and other pricey amenities are a hallmark of high-end real estate, but a property in Stamford that just hit the market has something few others do: a full-size hockey rink.

The 13.2-acre property is on the market for $7.7 million, according to the Stamford Advocate.

The rink was built in 2004 by IceBuilders, which listing agents Rita Kirby and Janet Jorgensen call “the Rolls Royce team of ice rink architecture and construction.” It’s fully loaded with heated team benches, a scoreboard, a professional-grade sound system and viewing boxes. Naturally, there’s a Zamboni machine for keeping the ice in top shape.

Oh, the property also has a main house, two guest houses and a swimming pool. [Stamford Advocate] — Dennis Lynch
