Just six months after buying two estates on Windmill Lane for a combined $45 million, the unnamed owner has listed them for $72 million, according to the New York Post. The main estate is 5.4 acres with a 5,900-square-foot home built in 1989. Next door is a 1.3-acre property with a three-bedroom house. If there’s any time for such a bold flip, it’s now — the pandemic has only made the East End market more competitive. Demand for homes and rentals alike is through the roof. [NYP] — Dennis Lynch
