Southampton’s “Sugar Cube House” has chopped half a million dollars off the asking price, according to the New York Post.

The 6,000-square-foot home, once owned by Douglas Elliman CEO Alan Rogers, is asking $11.95 million, down from $12.45 million when it hit the market in June.

Shortly after acquiring it, Rogers hired architect Daniel Romauldez to overhaul the then-42-year-old home and “produce a non-Hamptons house” with geometric sugar cubes as inspiration. The now-boxy home has six bedrooms and seven bathrooms and sits on an acre a little under a mile from the beach.

Correction: A previous version of this post incorrectly stated that former Douglas Elliman CEO Alan Rogers was selling the “Sugar Cube House.” Rogers once owned the house.
