Shutterstock co-founder Jonathan Oringer has listed his modernist home in Bridgehampton for $52 million, according to Behind the Hedges.

The asking price makes it one of the most expensive listings this year on the East End.

Oringer bought the home at 125 Mid-Ocean Drive soon after it was completed in 2014 for $40 million. The 10,300-square-foot home was designed by Barnes Coy Architects.

The home has eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms, including a main suite with an office and its own terrace.

The main level has floor-to-ceiling glass windows overlooking the beach, and the rear of the home opens to 1,800 square feet of terrace space and an infinity pool.

There is also a path leading to the beach and 160 feet of ocean frontage. Many of the surrounding homes are also modernist in style.

Oringer, a 47-year-old billionaire from Scarsdale, transitioned from CEO to executive chairman of Shutterstock a year ago.
