Hedge funder Peter Santoro is the new owner of a sleek spec mansion on Bridgehampton’s Mecox Bay, according to Dirt.

Breitenbach Builders completed the 10,000-square-foot home last year. Santoro and his wife, Chastity Santoro, paid $25 million for the mansion and its 2.3-acre property. The deal closed in June.

The rectangular home was designed by East Hampton–based Bates Masi + Architects. It features Bates Masi’s signature white-oak floors and ceilings, as well as floor-to-ceiling glass windows on three sides offering views across the surrounding landscape.
