Bill Hutchinson, a Dallas real estate developer known for his appearance on the reality TV show “Marrying Millions,” has pleaded guilty to a sex crime against a 16-year-old girl, Deadline reported. 

Hutchinson, 65, pleaded guilty to a count of misdemeanor sexual battery in connection with an incident at his Laguna Beach, California, vacation home, according to Orange County authorities. The founder of commercial real estate firm Dunhill Partners has been sentenced to 90 days of home confinement in Texas, placed on three years of probation and ordered to register as a sex offender.

The case dates back to 2021, when Hutchinson was charged with one felony count of rape of an unconscious person and five misdemeanor counts of sexual battery. Those allegations followed a previous sexual assault charge in Texas involving another 16-year-old girl at Hutchinson’s Highland Park home.

According to prosecutors, Hutchinson was accompanied by two 16-year-old girls during a trip to his Laguna Beach residence, where the sexual battery occurred. Prosecutors claimed that in April 2021, Hutchinson raped one of the teenagers and committed multiple acts of sexual battery. Another alleged victim declined a subsequent trip to Laguna Beach in May of that year, during which Hutchinson stands accused of committing sexual battery against a different girl.

Adding to the case, a 17-year-old girl informed Texas authorities that Hutchinson provided alcohol to minors and made inappropriate advances toward them, the Dallas Morning News reported. 

In response to the 2021 allegations, Hutchinson issued a statement to TMZ denying any wrongdoing, stating, “Anyone who knows me in this city knows that I am not capable of assault, sexual or otherwise.”

“Marrying Millions,” which aired for two seasons from 2019 to 2020, followed six couples with radically different lifestyles, with one partner being significantly wealthier than the other. In the show, Hutchinson pursued a woman 40 years younger than him.
