City approves bond for law school expansion

New York Law School will get a $145 million bond from the city to help expand its Lower Manhattan campus. The law school plans a five-story, 337,000-square-foot facility on Leonard Street between West Broadway and Worth Street that will include four underground levels. The city also approved Friday a tax waiver for the law school that will save it about $4 million in mortgage costs. more [Crain’s]
