20 Exchange Place gets bonds for conversion

The city has approved $232 million in bond financing to build or preserve as many as 532 apartments in four buildings in Manhattan, the Bronx, and Brooklyn. This financing includes $210 million in Liberty Bonds for the conversion of 20 Exchange Place in Lower Manhattan from offices into 366 apartments.
