Divorce between Boymelgreen and Africa Israel is finalized

The joint venture between the Boymelgreen Group and Africa Israel Investments has been formally dissolved. News of the split was reported last year. The firms were joined for five years under the name Leviev Boymelgreen; the partnership resulted in the development of buildings like 20 Pine and a host of residential projects in Brooklyn as well as other parts of the United States.
