Brack closes on Moondance site for $33M

Brack Capital Real Estate has closed on the former site of the Moondance Diner at 27 Grand Street in Soho for $33.3 million. Extell Development sold the L-shaped 11,300 square foot property, a collection of three lots bordered by Sixth Avenue and Thompson Street. Brack plans a 114-room boutique hotel for the site, which is near the SoHo Grand Hotel. The Moondance Diner was moved to Wyoming. TRD
