16 Court St refinanced for $110M

SL Green Corp and the City Investment Fund LP, owners of 16 Court
Street in Brooklyn, have refinanced the office building for $110.3
million. Anglo Irish Bank Corp provided the loan for the 38-story
building–the tallest office tower in Brooklyn–which Court Street
Investors sold in June for $108 million.
