Chelsea building sells for $32M

A 12-story mixed-use building at 127-131 West 25th Street has sold for $32 million, according to public records. The 89,000 square foot building, built in 1912 between Sixth and Seventh Avenue, is near the new Chelsea Landmark rental tower at 55 West 25th Street. Neither the buyer nor the seller were listed on the deed. TRD
