New York Downtown Hospital sells apartment building for $56M

New York Downtown Hospital has sold a 12-story mixed-use residential building near Stuy Town for $56 million. The buyer of 318 East 15th Street is Arun Bhatia Development. The 104,000-square-foot building, built in 1965. Arun Bhatia Development developed the Capri at 235 East 55th Street, a 40-unit condo conversion on top of a Marymount College dorm. Cushman & Wakefield represented the seller. TRD
