Engineering firm signs big subleasing deal in Midtown

Flack & Kurtz Inc., an engineering company, has signed a deal to sublease 50,000 square feet at a Midtown Class A office building. The company, which was represented by Jones Lang LaSalle, subleased the entire 14th floor of 500-512 Seventh Avenue, a 677,500-square-foot building near 38th Street. The space was leased by iVillage, Inc., which was represented by Cushman and Wakefield. Flack & Kurtz is relocating its offices from 475 Fifth Avenue. TRD
