One Hanson owners switch brokers for retail space

After more than a two-year search for a retail tenant to occupy the ground floor of One Hanson Place, the building owners have switched brokers from Jeffrey Roseman of Newmark Knight Frank Retail to Faith Hope Consolo of Prudential Douglas Elliman. The 33,000-square-foot Williamsburgh Savings Bank tower is being called one of Brooklyn’s best retail spaces. However, because the space is landmarked inside and out, alterations must be approved by the Landmarks Commission. The last known price for the space was $3 million per year.
