15 Central Park West sales director buys condo at tower

Richard Wallgren, director of sales at Zeckendorf Development, has purchased a condo at 15 Central Park West, where he has led the sales effort since the trophy tower first hit the market. Wallgren paid $1.78 million for unit 8H, according to public records posted today. The one-bedroom, one-and-a-half bedroom apartment is 1,084 square feet. Wallgreen isn’t the only person associated with the project to buy their own piece of it. Both of the tower’s developers, brothers Arthur and William Zeckendorf, also own units there. TRD
