The full-floor flat owned by shipping billionaire Michael Lemos just went on the market for $34.9 million. The luxury co-op, occupying the entire fifth floor at 2 East 67th Street, is 6,200 square feet, with eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms, fireplaces, a formal dining room, library and 12-foot ceilings. The building it calls home was designed in 1928 by Rosario Candela, and the listing broker is Dolly Lenz of Prudential Douglas Elliman.
