Two 15 CPW units reselling for huge prices

Two units at 15 Central Park West are back on the market for at least $80 million, or more than $15,000 a square foot. One is a duplex on the 18th and 19th floors, which brokers Felise Gross, Janet Gifford and Diane Abrams of Brown Harris Stevens were not allowed to list. The four-bedroom, 5,870-square-foot apartment has a private elevator and over 1,100 square feet of terraces. The second apartment is on the 40th floor, has 5,270 square feet, four bedrooms and a separate ground-level space of 1,100 square feet.
