Regus Group takes 40,000 sf in Times Square

London-based business center-operator The Regus Group has signed a
39,864-square-foot lease at 1501 Broadway in Times Square.

Regus finishes and subdivides office space
for small-scale or short-term rental. CB Richard Ellis represented the
company, which will be taking the entire 12th floor of the building.

Newmark Knight Frank represented the landlord, Paramount Leasehold, which
asked for $69 per square foot for the space.
