One Brooklyn Bridge Park’s first residents have started moving in. The lobby of the 449-unit condo Brooklyn Heights development was recently unveiled. The project, developed by Robert Levine, still has a variety of lofts, townhouses and penthouses for sale, with prices ranging from $525,000 to more than $7 million. Amenities include a yoga studio, private storage, game room, golf simulator, media lounge, gardens and parking spaces available for purchase. Stribling Marketing Associates is handling sales and marketing, and completion is scheduled for fall 2009. The 14-story, 1-million-square-foot former Jehovah’s Witness distribution center is at 360 Furman Street. TRD
