RSM McGladrey Inc. is expanding its space at SL Green’s 1185 Sixth Avenue to 164,771 square feet, adding one full floor to its lease and occupying a total of six floors. Because of its expansion, the accounting firm is ending its lease of a 52,400-square-foot space at 750 Third Avenue five years before its expiration.
