Glassy, steel building coming to Tribeca

A nine-story residential condo building with seven units is planned by Peter Moore for 240 West Broadway. The development is being built just across the street from 2 North Moore street, the luxurious six-story modernist building that New York Mortgage Company founder Steven Schnall is selling for $35 million. The glassy, steel 240 West Broadway is being designed by FLank Architects. Like its North Moore counterpart, a private swimming pool is also planned for the building.
