Tourneau signs lease at 510 Madison Ave.

Luxury watch company Tourneau has signed on as the retail tenant at Macklowe Properties’ office tower at 510 Madison Avenue. Tourneau will occupy 3,300 square feet at the building’s corner on East 53rd Street. The tower is supposed to top off on Thursday and be ready for move-in by the end of the year.
