Twenty-one out of the 41 units at Magnum Real Estate Group’s Yves at 166 West 18th Street are under contract, according to StreetEasy.com. A unit listed at $16.49 million is a combination of penthouses 11 and 12, creating a 7,891-square-foot penthouse with eight bedrooms, priced at about $2,100 per square foot. Sales opened at Yves in December 2007. The Real Deal featured Yves in its December issue.
