Trendy secondhand clothing store Buffalo Exchange signed a 10-year lease at 332 West 11th Street, between Washington and Greenwich streets. The store, which buys, sells and trades clothing, will occupy 2,500 square feet on the ground floor of the West Village building, and 2,000 square feet in the basement. Winick Realty Group represented Buffalo Exchange, and the landlord was represented by Dumann Realty. This is the shop’s second New York location, with another store at 504 Driggs Avenue in Williamsburg. The Arizona-based company has 33 stores nationwide, mostly on the West Coast. TRD
