Forbes has spoken: 10013 in Tribeca is the most overpriced zip-code in the country. Forbes based its ratings on Hotpads.com data, using a price to earnings ratio based on square footages, number of bedrooms, and the cost of other similar units. Tribeca residents are getting the lowest return for their investments, according to the data. Second to Tribeca is Boston’s Chinatown.
