The three new stadiums being built for the Yankees, Mets, Giants and Jets will have larger concourses, more bathrooms, better sightlines and architecture, but fans are worried about the increased ticket prices during an economic downturn. The most expensive tickets at the new $1.3 billion Yankee stadium will jump from $1,000 to $2,500; the highest ticket price at the $800 million Mets Citi Field will increase from $276 to $495; and at the $1.6 billion Jets-Giants stadium, personal seat licenses will cost between $1,000 and $20,000.
