At least 10 new residential buildings are currently underway in the triangle circumscribed by Union Avenue, Grand Street and Keap Street in Williamsburg, bringing a potential 300 new units to market there. Among the projects are two Robert Scarano-designed buildings: a five-story, eight-unit project at 441 Grand Street; and a four-story, 14-unit project going up at 365-367 Union Avenue.
