Bronfman sells unit for $21M

Warner Music CEO Edgar Bronfman Jr. sold his 11-room apartment at 1040 Fifth Avenue for $21 million, $1.5 million more than he paid for the unit in January. The apartment was originally listed for $24 million. Thomas and Marjorie Lehrman, who co-founded the Wall Street research firm Gerson Lehrman, are the buyers.
