Ex-Lehman exec sells at 15 CPW

The former CFO of Lehman Brothers, Erin Callan, is in contract to unload her apartment at 15 Central Park West for $11.8 million, a little under her $12 million asking price. About three years ago, Callan paid $6.48 million for the 2,400-square-foot two-bedroom home on the 31st floor. She first put it on the market in April, shortly after she closed there, for $14 million. Callan oversees the global hedge-fund arm of Credit Suisse Group, after being demoted at Lehman in June.
