Observer names power brokers

The Observer has named this year’s top eight commercial “power brokers.” Three of the brokers were chosen for surviving the down market with their contacts and reputation: Eastdil Secured’s Doug Harmon, and CB Richard Ellis’ Paul Amrich and Richard Hodos. The other five brokers — Peter Von Der Ahe, vice president of investments for Marcus & Millichap; Massey Knakal Chairman Bob Knakal; and Cushman and Wakefield’s Jon Epstein, Charles Kingsley and Yoav Oelsner — were chosen for success in the small-to-midsize deal market.
