$80M listing at 15 CPW off the market

The city’s most expensive listing — an $80 million penthouse at 15 Central Park West — was taken off the market today, according to one of the listing brokers, Richard Wallgren of Brown Harris Stevens. An investor bought the unit for $21.5 million in April, and put the unit back on the market a few weeks later for $80 million. The duplex penthouse is 5,276 square feet with nine and a half rooms and a wood-burning fireplace.
