Yankees superstar Alex Rodriguez lowered the sale price of his apartment at 502 Park Avenue this month, but now he’s offering it for rent. The eight-room unit at 59th Street can be rented unfurnished for $50,000 per month, according to his broker, Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group. Earlier this month, Rodriguez lowered the sale price to $12.5 million from $14 million.
