Developer Brack Capital Real Estate is working with residents who live near the former Moondance Diner site, on Sixth Avenue and Grand Street, where a 17-story hotel is now going up. Residents want the hotel’s outdoor deck and roof areas enclosed, and a mandatory closing of the spaces at 11 p.m. on weekdays and midnight on weekends. Brack is trying to negotiate the closing times.
